About the role

In this position you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance and resolving issues for customers in French. Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center setting.
• Proficient in French (spoken and written).
• Graduated from any discipline.
• Demonstrated agility for quick learning and results‑orientation.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Fluency in French.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic computer literacy for using internal ticketing and CRM tools.
