About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate – Voice to provide front‑line support for its clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the service journey.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve routine customer issues by following established guidelines and referencing precedent.
- Process accounts receivable and collections tasks while maintaining accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors, adhering to rotational shift schedules as required.
- Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments, ensuring decisions impact personal work output positively.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Experience with accounts receivable or collections processing is a plus.
