Customer Service Associate – Retirement Solutions

About the role

The Customer Service Associate will support Accenture's Retirement Solutions team by processing a variety of monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients. This role ensures accurate handling of contributions, loan repayments, rollovers, and related adjustments while maintaining compliance with client policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process contributions, loan repayments, indicative data files, manual adjustments, and rollovers.
• Ensure timely resolution of transactions and support positive audit outcomes.
• Research and resolve processing irregularities, escalating issues when necessary.
• Respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Adhere to quality‑control standards and manage daily business‑as‑usual activities.
• Assist in creating and updating procedural documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in US Retirement Services (Defined Contributions) handling participant‑level services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work night shifts based on business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing accuracy, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize high‑value transactions.
