Customer Service Associate – Retirement Solutions

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support its US Retirement Services team. The role focuses on processing participant‑level transactions, handling money‑out requests, and ensuring data accuracy within defined contribution plans such as 401(k) and 403(b).

Key responsibilities

• Process monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients, including in‑service withdrawals, hardship determinations, rollovers, lump‑sum distributions, and required minimum distributions.
• Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets or databases, maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Research and respond to client and business partner queries with minimal response time.
• Adhere to client policies, federal/state regulations, and non‑disclosure requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Maintain quality‑control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US retirement services or related financial services.
• Any graduate degree; commerce background preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts based on business needs.
