Customer Service Associate – Retirement Services

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Retirement Services team. The role focuses on processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions for US‑based retirement plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely client support.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned retirement plan participants.
• Review participant requests, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with client policies and regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to non‑disclosure requirements.
• Respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Uphold quality control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the US retirement services domain (defined contribution plans such as 401k, 403b).
• Hands‑on experience with Money‑Out processes (RMD, systematic withdrawals, rollovers, lump‑sum distributions).
• Graduate degree preferred, especially in commerce or related fields (not mandatory).
• Ability to work night shifts as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time‑management, and independent work capabilities.
