Customer Service Associate – Life & Annuity Claims

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support its Life & Annuity claims and policy administration operations. The role focuses on processing policy issuances, endorsements, and a range of financial and non‑financial transactions while delivering high‑quality service to policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process life insurance and annuity policy issuances and endorsements accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage claims processing, including thorough review, validation, and prompt payout of benefits.
• Handle financial transactions such as policy surrenders, loans, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, answering inquiries and providing guidance on products and benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of all policy transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams to resolve issues and support client needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in life‑annuity claims, policy administration, or related insurance functions.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Willingness to work 100% night shift starting at 8:30 PM and attend RTO training.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claim validation, and regulatory compliance.
