About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Retirement Services team. The role focuses on processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process contributions, loan repayments, rollovers, indicative data files and manual adjustments.
• Research and resolve processing irregularities, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and regulations.
• Respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services (Defined Contributions) or related domain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle night shifts as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
