Customer Service Associate

About the role

The Customer Service Associate will support Accenture's Retirement Services team by processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients. You will ensure accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and comply with all client policies and regulatory requirements while providing timely responses to business partner inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients.
• Review participant requests, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Research and respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Adhere to Quality Control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services (Defined Contributions).
• Hands‑on experience with Money‑Out processes such as RMD, systematic withdrawals, in‑service withdrawals, rollovers, and lump‑sum distributions.
• Graduate degree preferred, preferably in commerce.
• Willingness to work night shifts based on business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, typing accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
