Customer Service Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support payment‑related operations. You will assist customers throughout their transaction journey, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while working within a dynamic, global professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine payment‑processing issues using established guidelines and precedents.
• Interact with team members and supervisors to receive detailed instructions and provide status updates.
• Support procure‑to‑pay activities, manage disputes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet defined deadlines.
• Work rotational shifts as required, contributing as an individual within a focused team scope.

Required profile

• BCom degree.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to establish strong client relationships, handle disputes, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
