About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support its Retirement Solutions team. The role focuses on managing participant‑level services for US retirement plans, handling money‑out processes, and ensuring high‑quality client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Research and respond to queries from business partners and client support teams within defined response times.
• Participate actively in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Document processes, capture exceptions, and develop process flows, maps, and NIGO rules.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in the US retirement industry (401k, 403b, defined contribution plans).
• 3+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain, specifically defined contributions.
• 2+ years handling money‑out processes such as withdrawals, annuities, rollovers, and distributions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• ASPPA certification preferred.
