About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who enjoys interacting with people and turning everyday inquiries into positive experiences. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our products and services while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate, knowledgeable answers and guide customers toward solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve issues promptly.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms to ensure customer records are up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers become brand advocates.
