Customer Sales Executive (Mathura)

About the role

The Customer Sales Executive will represent PepsiCo in the Mathura market, driving sales growth through effective distributor management and execution of joint business plans. You will coach distributors and sales representatives, resolve market challenges, and ensure incremental business development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and execute joint business plans with distributors.
• Coach and support distributors and sales teams to expand market coverage.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as value achievement, outlet addition, range selling, and order cancellation rates.
• Achieve secondary monthly targets and drive gross revenue growth.
• Optimize route planning to increase productivity and net distribution.
• Increase weighted distribution by expanding SKU count in existing outlets.
• Ensure stock availability, rack execution, and compliance with planograms.
• Build strong market relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Conduct one‑on‑one training for PSRs, set monthly targets, and motivate sales staff.
• Manage distributor appointments, health, recruitment, and retention.
• Monitor expiry, FIFO, and timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
