Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The Customer Relationship Executive will join a fast‑growing digital sales team focused on outbound lead generation. You will engage prospects over the phone, build relationships, and convert interest into qualified leads for ICICI Lombard.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers during assigned shifts.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with prospect information.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the operations manager to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Graduation degree (any discipline) is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or tele‑prospecting.
• Strong English communication and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based schedule with two rotational weekly offs.
