Customer Relations Executive

About the role
The Customer Relations Executive will join ICICI Lombard’s insurance sales team in Vashi, handling outbound calls to existing customers. The role focuses on promoting insurance products, updating client information and supporting renewal processes while delivering a high‑quality voice experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate new insurance sales and renewals.
- Present and explain insurance products, addressing customer queries and objections.
- Accurately capture and update customer details and renewal status in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous voice process throughout all interactions.
Required profile
- Completed 12th grade or a graduate degree.
- 0‑2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Interest in insurance or sales is an advantage.
- Motivated mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
