Customer Project Manager

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations in the medical devices sector. You will own specific project tasks from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while acting as the technical liaison between the customer and Philips teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to review and optimise project plans.
• Manage assigned project tasks end‑to‑end, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
• Serve as the technical and operational point of contact for customers, handling moderately complex inquiries and issue resolution.
• Analyse project data and metrics to provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Document risks, issues, and change requests, supporting mitigation strategies.
• Support presales activities by scoping solutions that meet customer needs.
• Participate in product integration, installation, and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or vocational education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of experience in medical devices or a related industry.
