Customer Order & Production Planning – Control Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Order and Production Planning & Control specialist at Bosch's Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant, you will ensure smooth execution of manufacturing schedules, monitor production performance and drive compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate detailed production plans to the manufacturing team, including levelling and deviation reporting.
• Monitor real‑time production fulfilment, identify variances and alert management promptly.
• Manage commercial processes to ensure compliance with Bosch India directives, foreign trade, customs and taxation laws.
• Define and implement digital projects aimed at error‑free operations and process automation.
• Coordinate with procurement planners and manufacturing PPC to guarantee timely material receipt.
• Act as a process expert for SAP, supporting system updates and the use of digital tools within the PPC area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in production planning or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of production planning concepts, lean manufacturing principles and inventory (WIP) management.
