Customer Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Executive to drive sales, nurture distributor relationships, and ensure high‑quality service delivery. The role combines market development, team leadership, and problem‑solving to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to meet objectives.
• Handle queries, complaints, and service irregularities promptly and professionally.
• Maintain key performance indicators through rigorous follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Valid driving license (preferred, two‑wheeler).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
