Customer Contact Communications Associate – Messaging

About the role
As a Customer Contact Communications Associate focused on messaging, you will join Accenture's Customer Support vertical. You will handle customer queries, escalations and complaints through email and chat, ensuring each issue is resolved within defined service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve or assign incidents and service requests received via email, web and chat.
- Manage unplanned interruptions and restore normal service operations quickly.
- Handle escalations, close faults and complaints within SLA targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow predefined guidelines.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Any graduate with 0‑1 years of experience.
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to handle disputes.
- Capable of performing under pressure and working well in a team.
- Adaptable, flexible and willing to work shift rotations.
