Customer Contact Communications Associate – Messaging

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate to handle inbound digital messaging for business customers. You will provide timely assistance across billing, product enquiries, device support, and account administration while identifying opportunities to drive sales and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat and other digital messaging channels.
• Manage multiple concurrent conversations while maintaining high accuracy in CRM documentation.
• Identify and act on value‑added opportunities that support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Provide support for billing, payments, digital services, product and device issues, and general account administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in customer service, digital support, or inbound messaging (B2B preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot sales or retention opportunities.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes.
