Customer Care Manager – B2B Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Manager to lead both customer support and B2B sales initiatives. The role combines revenue generation with delivering exceptional customer experiences, ideal for candidates who enjoy solving problems, building long‑term relationships, and driving operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through B2B and assisted sales channels, managing corporate partnerships and key accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets, monitor conversion rates, retention, and revenue performance.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, resolve high‑priority escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Improve service processes, SLAs, and escalation frameworks to boost customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop support and sales teams; define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology teams to channel customer feedback into product and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Experience, or Operations.
• Hands‑on experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring teams is an advantage.
• Background in start‑ups, e‑commerce, SaaS, logistics, rental, or other customer‑centric businesses is preferred.
