Customer Care Internship Executive (6‑month program)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our 6‑month Customer Care Internship. The program provides government‑certified on‑the‑job training, enabling you to develop strong communication and problem‑solving abilities while gaining exposure to financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads by making at least 100 calls per day.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
• Handle complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in customer service initiatives to improve loyalty.
• Support implementation of feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency.
• Gain exposure to financial products and assist customers with related requirements.

Required profile

• Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized university, passed out between 2020 and 2025.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit.
