Customer Care Internship Executive (6‑month program)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused fresh graduates to join our 6‑month Customer Care Internship. The program provides on‑the‑job training certified by the government, allowing you to develop strong communication and problem‑solving abilities while supporting our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound calls per day for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and handle complaints professionally.
• Process orders, record data, and perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry and follow‑up.
• Participate in customer service initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support implementation of feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to increase overall service efficiency.
• Gain exposure to financial products and assist customers with related requirements.

Required profile

• Graduated between 2020‑2025 in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems quickly.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and teamwork orientation.
