Customer Care Executive – Tele‑Calling (Telugu/English)

About the role
Frontier Markets is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join its Jaipur office. The role focuses on supporting rural women entrepreneurs who use the company’s platform, handling inbound and outbound calls in Telugu and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and initiate calls with Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to address queries related to orders, payments, training, and platform usage.
- Provide accurate information and guide users through transaction processes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
Required profile
- Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior experience in tele‑calling or customer support is preferred, though fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Willingness to work from Jaipur or relocate to the city.
