About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our inbound voice team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance while adhering to company processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team.
- Record customer interactions accurately.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Hindi mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
- Good problem‑solving skills.

What we offer
- Freshers: ₹16,000 CTC per month plus incentives.
- Experienced candidates: ₹19,000 CTC per month plus incentives.
- Two‑way transport facility.
- Travel allowance of ₹2,000 if cab facility is not chosen.
- Full‑time, day‑shift position.
