Customer Care Executive – D2C E‑commerce

About the role

Mackly, a fast‑growing kidswear brand, is looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for parents shopping online. You will help create positive brand experiences, build trust, and support customer retention across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, sizing, and product‑related questions.
• Resolve concerns promptly and professionally, escalating recurring issues when needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and marketplace teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
• Support retention initiatives and manage online reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written); Hindi is a strong advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, tele‑calling, or e‑commerce support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
