Customer Care Associate (Voice Support)

About the role

BrightCHAMPS is seeking an energetic Customer Care Associate to join its US Customer Support Operations team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality inbound and outbound voice support, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve queries, complaints and escalations with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide information on products, services, payments, schedules and processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
• Accurately update CRM systems and maintain customer records.
• Follow company SOPs, scripts and communication guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and a 6‑day work week with rotational weekends.
• Personal laptop for official use.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer support/voice process is preferred, but freshers with strong communication are welcome.
