About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance tailored software components across our systems. The role involves using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions independently, becoming a subject‑matter expert.
• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective implementations.
• Enhance existing components to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Document technical designs and development processes for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• 15 years of full‑time education.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Experience with agile development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise innovative solutions.
