About the role

The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance bespoke software components across various systems and applications. Working with modern frameworks and agile practices, you will deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that address specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions using contemporary frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate project requirements into technical designs.
• Enhance existing components to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Document code changes and development processes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with TrackWise Quality Management Software.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (e.g., a university degree).
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TrackWise Quality Management Software.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.
