About the role
As a Custom Software Engineer you will design, code and enhance software components that meet specific business requirements. Working with modern frameworks and agile practices, you will deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions for manufacturing execution systems.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for custom software projects.
- Design, develop and test software components using contemporary frameworks.
- Document design decisions and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot, optimise and maintain software performance across platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of professional experience in software development for manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development life‑cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related engineering processes.
