Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions that meet specific business requirements. In this role you will design, code, and enhance components across multiple systems or applications, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure scalability and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom software modules that integrate with existing enterprise systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code using contemporary programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee reliable operation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a university degree).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Syniti ADM for SAP.
• Experience using modern development frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
