Custom Software Engineer

About the role

As a Custom Software Engineer you will design, build and configure applications that meet specific business processes and requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions and ensure applications are performant and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom software applications aligned with business needs.
• Gather and analyse functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Document application specifications and create user guides.
• Perform performance and load testing using Apache JMeter.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
• Participate actively in team discussions and become a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Apache JMeter.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong understanding of the software development life‑cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team problem‑solving.
