About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components that meet specific business requirements. The role involves using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions across various systems and applications.
• Participate actively in team discussions and become a subject‑matter expert in the domain.
• Gather and analyse requirements with stakeholders to create tailored solutions.
• Document development processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Support junior team members through guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design secure, scalable cloud‑based applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
