Culinary Professional – Full‑time Kitchen Role

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Professional to join our consultancy team in Bengaluru. You will work on‑site, preparing and presenting dishes that meet client specifications while upholding our high standards of taste, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and plate dishes according to client requirements and consultancy standards.
• Organise mise en place, monitor kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety practices throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with chefs and consultants on menu development, recipe standardisation and food costing.
• Support client kitchen training sessions and provide operational guidance.
• Contribute ideas for culinary innovation and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Formal culinary education (diploma or degree) preferred, or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Strong attention to quality, consistency and detail in food preparation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Flexibility to work in fast‑paced, on‑site environments and adapt to varied cuisines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and inclusive workplace practices.
