CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

QS is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of its Digital Outreach service. The role is based in Bengaluru and operates on a hybrid model, with two days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a roadmap to refresh and optimise the Digital Outreach service.
• Drive data‑driven CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve student engagement, conversion and enrolment for the 2027 intake and beyond.
• Collaborate with Student Success and Digital Outreach teams to align one‑to‑one and one‑to‑many communications.
• Leverage automation and analytics to enhance the pre‑enrolment experience and overall student satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously iterate to deliver measurable value for university partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or digital outreach, preferably within the higher‑education or student recruitment sector.
• Strong understanding of data‑driven marketing strategies and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑focused mindset.
