CRM Direct Marketing Specialist – Insurance

About the role

The CRM Direct Marketing Specialist will drive insurance business growth by managing the orphan customer database and leading a sales team through targeted campaigns. The role focuses on pre‑ and post‑sales support, ensuring consistent quarterly growth and high customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Loyalty Model to maintain relationships with orphan customers and upsell across campaigns.
• Achieve premium and Net Operating Profit (NOP) targets, contributing to overall company growth.
• Allocate leads, monitor team performance, and guide sales processes to ensure successful conversions.
• Oversee renewal collection, AUM conservation, and persistency targets to secure timely renewals.
• Communicate process changes and regulatory updates through training modules.
• Recruit, train, and retain front‑line sales talent while managing attrition.
• Analyze business unit opportunities and set appropriate targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales or direct marketing.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
• Capability to manage customer relationships and drive upselling.
