About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our new Baskin Robbins ice‑cream parlor. You will be part of a friendly team that delivers a pleasant experience to every customer while handling daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally, taking orders and preparing ice‑cream scoops, sundaes and beverages.
• Pack delivery orders accurately and handle counter sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work areas and equipment, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• For senior crew members: manage billing and POS operations, receive and store stock, monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and oversee opening and closing duties.
• Support and guide junior staff during shifts.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and maintain store cleanliness.
• For senior positions: experience with POS, billing and inventory management is preferred.
