Crew Accommodations Agent (Remote – India)

About the role

Corpay is seeking a remote Crew Accommodations Agent to manage hotel and ground‑transport bookings for airline crew members across India. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth travel arrangements and rapid resolution of any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Book and oversee hotel accommodations and ground transportation for flight crews, pilots, and other airline staff.
• Handle emergency relocations and escalations, working closely with shift supervisors.
• Liaise with client crew‑scheduling departments and internal teams to meet operational requirements.
• Utilise the TA Connections system to process, track, and report all reservation details.
• Source compliant hotel options, especially in markets without contracts or during sold‑out situations.
• Manage vendor payments according to contractual terms.
• Report incidents and maintain adherence to attendance and policy guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel, travel, or related industry.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple bookings and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for email, chat, phone, and direct interactions.
• Proactive attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the TA Connections reservation system.
