Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer who thrives in dynamic environments, turning big ideas into reality on time and within budget. The ideal candidate loves the puzzle of production, from logistics to people management, and treats every step as part of the craft.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production planning, including budgets, timelines, call sheets and logistics, ensuring creative vision aligns with financial constraints.
• Build and maintain a strong network of creators, actors, vendors, photographers, stylists, equipment houses and locations for rapid deployment.
• Problem-solve on the fly and wear multiple hats across projects, from coordinating shoots to managing on-ground execution and liaising with clients and creative teams.
• Travel as required for shoots, recce visits and on-site production across various locations.
• Work across diverse categories such as Alco-bev, food, fashion, lifestyle, events, ad films, FMCG, and emerging apps, adapting approach to each sector.

Required profile

• Prior production experience in agency, film, events or brand content with a solid understanding of executing creative ideas.
• Curious, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Active, growing network within the creative/production ecosystem.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, office-based environment.
