Creative Manager – Lead Design Team

About the role

The Creative Lead (Team Lead/AM, Creatives) at Curriculum Associates is responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality creative assets across print, digital, and video formats. This role bridges India‑based design teams with US stakeholders, ensuring work is on‑brand, on‑time, and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain creative assets across digital, print, and basic video formats, including web, email, social media, presentations, and internal/external collateral.
• Collaborate with US‑based marketing and creative stakeholders from concept development through final delivery, acting as the day‑to‑day liaison between India and US teams.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and task prioritization for the India design team, onboarding new members and sharing best practices.
• Define and track performance metrics such as turnaround time, revisions, and on‑time delivery, and identify workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience, including 3+ years leading or managing a creative team.
• Strong digital portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative execution, and a range of work.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Video and motion tools – Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Project‑management platforms such as Workfront or similar.
