Creative Designer

About the role

Yoga Circle is seeking a Creative Designer to lead visual content creation across its social media, CRM, and community channels. The role focuses on producing high‑quality short‑form videos, social‑first creatives, and static designs that drive engagement, maintain brand consistency, and encourage user action.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, optimizing hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling.
• Create engaging reels, promotional clips, educational edits, and platform‑native content.
• Repurpose video assets across multiple formats and channels.
• Design static graphics for WhatsApp, CRM campaigns, and social media using AI tools to increase productivity.
• Develop templates and scalable design systems for recurring communications.
• Ensure all visuals align with Yoga Circle’s brand identity and tone.
• Collaborate with Growth, Communication, Social Media, CRM, and Community teams on creative strategy and execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or digital creative roles.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and familiarity with platform‑native content formats.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
