Creative Associate – Catalog Creative Direction

About the role

The Creative Associate will act as a bridge between production, post‑production and AI teams within the Catalog Creative Team. Based in Bangalore, you will help shape the visual language of Myntra’s online catalogue, ensuring high‑quality imagery that reflects fashion trends and enhances the shopper experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts for image generation and enhancement.
• Coordinate with imagery production, post‑production and AI teams to deliver best‑in‑class visual output.
• Build and update creative guidelines for both studio and AI‑driven production.
• Translate fashion trends and category requirements into actionable shoot inputs and visual assets.
• Evaluate visuals for styling, garment fit, composition, lighting and editing quality.
• Identify recurring gaps, provide clear feedback and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers and editors to align output with defined creative direction.
• Support cross‑functional teams in enhancing LVP through image selection, cropping, framing and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fashion styling, garment fit and trend interpretation.
• Hands‑on experience in fashion shoots or studio environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while balancing quality and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
