About the role

The company is looking for two cooks to work in its points of sale (PDVs) across several locations. The role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining hygiene standards and supporting buffet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to the daily menu at PDVs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
• Handle dishes and carving stations in the dining area.
• Set up and replenish buffet stations.
• Prepare a la carte buffet items and various sauces.
• Follow all steps of service orders in the kitchen sector.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and occupational safety regulations.
• Transport food items to PDVs using a trolley.
• Ensure standardisation of preparations and release dishes for service.

Required profile

• Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to follow established recipes and procedures.
• Reliability in handling food transport and buffet replenishment.
