About the role
FedEx is seeking motivated individuals to join our ground operations team as Couriers. In this position you will be responsible for safe and timely pick‑up, transport, and delivery of parcels across domestic and international routes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑road duties including dispatch, pick‑up, and delivery of shipments.
- Handle parcel sorting, packing, and loading at station and hub locations.
- Execute both domestic and international pick‑up and delivery tasks.
- Provide basic customer service during hand‑over of parcels.
- Ensure all operational processes are completed safely and on schedule.

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective planning and organizing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and team‑working skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
