About the role
FedEx is seeking a reliable Courier to support ground operations at station and hub locations. The role involves handling pick‑up, delivery, sorting and dispatch tasks for both domestic and international shipments while ensuring safety and timeliness.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑road pick‑up and delivery of parcels, including international and domestic shipments.
- Assist with ramp and sort operations, loading and unloading packages safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Provide customer service support during hand‑overs and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and operational processes.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
