Courier Delivery Partner

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery network as Courier Delivery Partners. You will pick up grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores and ensure they reach customers safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated locations using the delivery app.
• Deliver orders to customers following the provided route and timing requirements.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle all items carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Adhere to delivery instructions and complete each assignment efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own a 4G Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• Own a bike or scooter with a valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents.
