Cost & Pricing Officer – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

PATH, a global nonprofit focused on health equity, is seeking a Cost & Pricing Officer based in India. The role supports the development of cost proposals for international donors and works closely with cross‑functional teams across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cost proposals and budget narratives for donor submissions, collaborating with technical, finance, and program teams.
• Coordinate cost inputs from sub‑recipients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Research donor budgeting requirements, create templates, and contribute to capacity‑building tools.
• Analyze RFA/RFP requirements, perform scenario analyses, and support continuous improvement of cost and pricing processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including 1‑2 years in cost proposal development for donor‑funded programs.
• Experience with major donors such as BMGF, GAVI, US Government agencies, or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
