About the role

Samvad Partners, a partner‑led law firm, is expanding its corporate team. The firm seeks experienced lawyers to join its practice in a range of transactional and advisory areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, financing documents, and transaction agreements.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and capital‑raising transactions.
• Advise on banking, finance, labour, and employment matters.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop legal strategies and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the listed practice areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to maintaining professional integrity and delivering client‑focused solutions.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
