Corporate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Annapurna Finance across all functions. Based in Bhubaneswar, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.
• Maintain talent pipelines and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and support onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding and improve candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in financial services, micro‑finance, or social‑impact organisations is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhubaneswar and travel to branch locations as needed.
