Corporate Recruiter – Marketing Focus

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team in Gurugram. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent for strategic marketing functions, delivering a high‑touch candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, from search strategy to offer execution.
• Proactively source and engage top talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals and professional networks.
• Build pipelines of qualified passive candidates and hard‑to‑reach profiles.
• Deliver a high‑touch, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop market maps and talent intelligence to inform search strategy and hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements and market realities.
• Maintain data accuracy and process discipline in recruiting systems, using metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth technology company, executive search firm or recruitment consultancy.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and understand technology talent markets.
• Proven stakeholder management and partnership capabilities.
