Corporate & M&A Associate – 3-5 Years PQE (Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate to strengthen our Corporate and M&A, PE/VC practice in Delhi. The role involves supporting senior partners in structuring and executing complex transactions across corporate, merger‑and‑acquisition and private‑equity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of merger, acquisition, joint venture and private‑equity agreements.
• Conduct legal due‑diligence, draft and review contracts, and advise on regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely deal execution.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and transaction documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and provide proactive legal advice on corporate matters.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, M&A or private‑equity law.
• Law degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
